2. Are candidates spoken to before inviting them to Perpetual Hire to interact/login?

Where possible, speaking to a candidate prior is advisable; however, we have several use cases whereby candidates who applied were invited & completed their self-selection (outside of business hours). Use cases from early adopter customers indicate a 70% completion ratio, meaning 30% of candidates *withdraw.

*typical reasons include non-committed or unsuitable.
